Prior to R-Health, James held key leadership roles at Optima Health and Healthwork Ltd, where he managed multimillion-pound client portfolios, led high-profile service implementations, and successfully delivered commercial growth. His expertise in client relationship management, contract negotiations, and operational efficiency has consistently delivered strong business performance.
